We appreciate your purchase of our courses. We aim to ensure that our clients have a positive experience during researching, evaluating, and subscribing our training sessions.
As is the case for every online transaction, the following terms and conditions regulate the Refund Policy. By purchasing a training program via the TS4u.us you acknowledge with our Privacy and Terms of Service policies, as well as the principles below.
- Refund requests will not be granted if you have attended over than one day of virtual classroom teaching or obtained course materials from the learning portal.
- No refunds on special courses.
- The academics institutes link up sessions are non-refundable.
- The delegate must arrive on time or no reimbursement will be issued.
- Apply for a refund within 7 days after the first session. Cancellation requests made more than 7 days after the purchase of the program will not be granted.
- Taxes are not refundable.
- If the student wishes to retake the virtual expert led courses for the bought course and the batch is not available soon, the utmost compensation is 10% of the final cost.
- If individuals are unable to access self-paced videos or class recordings due to technical issues and have previously completed the course through trainer online courses, they will be issued a voucher for the 10% registration fee paid.
- When students are not able to access self-paced videos or classroom recordings for technical reasons and have taken the whole course via instructor-led online courses beforehand, then no refund is applicable or a voucher can be provided for the amount equivalent to the 10 percent paid by the student at the time of the registration.
- There will be no refunds for Self-Paced programs.
- No refunds will be issued, and access will be withdrawn if it is discovered that the course has been shared with others/multiple users or if the curriculum transaction was made with the purpose of copying the information account will be banned simultaneously.
